About Me, Sophia Boucher
I have a long history of working with people. As a Registered General Nurse for 21 years with experience in Burns and Plastics, Trauma and Orthopaedics and Occupational Health, I have nursed people through extensive injuries and at their lowest point in their lives. I and am now a qualified Counsellor and some of my work involves providing Counselling at a local charity with the rest of my time being devoted to providing Counselling from my own practice.
I am also a certified Integral Eye Movement Therapist (IEMT) (Advanced) and am a current member of the British Board of Integral Eye Movement Therapy and the IEMT research team. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist.
I am registered with the:
National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, (NCPS).
The Association for IEMT Practitioners and

My experience using Counselling, IEMT and Hypnotherapy enables me to help people rid themselves or reduce many different issues including Anxiety, Phobias, PTSD, unwanted emotions and feelings.
In addition, the techniques that I use are designed to help you rediscover your true self and sense of purpose enabling you to 'move forward' freely in life. I conduct the sessions in a highly professional and very caring manner making you feel both comfortable and valued.
