I am a fully certified Integral Eye Movement Therapist (IEMT) (Advanced) and am a current member of the British Board of Integral Eye Movement Therapy. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist.  I worked as a Registered General Nurse for 21 years with experience in Trauma and Orthopaedics, Burns and Plastics and Occupational Health, before training in IEMT and Hypnotherapy.  I am registered with both The Association for IEMT Practitioners and The National Hypnotherapy Society.  My experience using IEMT and Hypnotherapy enables me to help people rid themselves  or reduce many different issues including Anxiety, Phobias, PTSD, unwanted emotions and feelings.  In addition, the techniques that I use are designed to help you rediscover your true self and sense of purpose enabling you to 'move forward' freely in life.  I conduct the sessions in a highly professional and very caring manner making you feel both comfortable and valued.
