I am excited to be able to offer Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) to my clients. IEMT is a very powerful therapy developed by Andy Austin that works on most people for most of the time. Your IEMT therapist will simply ask you to elicit the problematic feeling and then direct you to do some simple eye movements. Most clients report that their unwanted feelings reduce and in some cases disappear completely. Quite unusually, IEMT is a 'non-disclosure' technique meaning that you do not have to disclose your personal history or any past traumas in order for IEMT to be effective. So what can IEMT help with? Fears and Phobias including: Fear of Flying Fear of Spiders (or other insects) Fear of Birds, and other animals. Fear of Driving Fear of Public Speaking Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Anxiety and Panic and Feelings of Anger Identity issues. low self-esteem and confidence issues. If you have any unwanted feelings or emotions or issues with phobias, feelings of panic, anxiety or poor self-esteem, IEMT could help you put these unhelpful thoughts behind you and helping you move forward in life.
